Over 2 million New Yorkers are being targeted for new water fluoridation schemes.

These are the areas targeted for fluoridation. There was a secret proposal to use New York State Medicaid funds to pay for it, but it appears that the NYS Department of Health will pay for this scheme. See $10 million allocated for fluoridation in NYS 2015-2016 budget.

in population centers (cities of over 50,000) where the majority of Medicaid eligible children reside.
