ARAB – Fluoride was re-installed into the Arab Water Works system on Monday.

A battle for over a year has been on going between the city of Arab and the water works board. The city feels fluoride in the water is important from a health standpoint.

The water works board has not been in agreement with the request by city officials.

A lawsuit was filed in the past year by the water works board against the city. The supreme court has become involved with the city getting what it wanted at the present time until a trail takes place at a later date.
