Boca Pharmacal and Endo Health Solutions agreed to a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission concerning Endo’s acquisition of the generic drug maker.

The FTC had said the acquisition would be anti-competitive in the generics product market. Both companies agreed to no longer market and distribute four generic multivitamin fluoride drops for children, and to sell three other generic drugs in development, according to a news release.

Coral Springs-based Boca Pharmacal agreed to be acquired by Endo Health Solutions for $225 million in August.
