On May 20, David Kennedy, a local dentist who was turned away after requesting documents pertaining to the addition of fluoride compounds in the city’s water supply, filed what is the latest legal complaint against the city for violating state records acts.
According to the complaint, the city “systematically failed to reply within ten days as required by the [Public Records Act]. In some categories they did not reply at all. In other categories, the response was a partial disclosure of documents, claiming the remaining documents were forthcoming (which was never the case). In response to some categories, the city asserted the deliberative process privilege to shield disclosure of documents that would embarrass the City or show the City has acted against the popular will of the people of San Diego.”
Comment from David Kennedy:
San Diego is fluoridated and Kevin Faulconer absolutely knows that because we confronted him on this very issue. He likes fluoride he said in response. Apparently he does not like democracy and the rule of law as we have a law against exactly what they are doing §67.0101.
The city attorney who has also refused to respond to our open records request told mayoral candidates that the city was OBLIGATED to fluoridate which simply is not true. Can you say liar liar pants on fire?
This would be funny if it were not for the thousands of excess infants deaths yearly that could be avoided if the baby were not being poisoned by tap water fluoride. FYI a formula fed infant drinks it weight in water every 3 to 4 days. Now calculate the dose and see that it grossly exceeds the EPA’s minimum risk level for adults!
