AVENTIS - Issuance of Experimental Use Permit 264-EUP-129. This experimental use permit allows the use of 280 pounds of the herbicide on 2,000 acres of field corn to evaluate the control of broadleaf and grass weeds under a range of environmental conditions. The program is authorized only in the States of Michigan and Pennsylvania. The experimental use permit is effective from April 6, 2000, to April 6, 2001.

This experimental use permit allows the use of 280 pounds of the herbicide isoxaflutole on 2,000 acres of field corn to evaluate the control of various weeds. The program is authorized only in the States of Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. The experimental use permit is effective from March 1, 1999 to March 1, 2000.

The program is authorized only in the States of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin. The experimental use permit is effective from March 14, 1997 to March 14, 1998. This permit is issued with the limitation that all treated crops are destroyed or used for research purposes only.
