Pesticide Tolerance Petitions Submitted to EPA

PP 3F4229. Rohm & Haas Co., Independence Mall, Philadelphia, PA 19105, proposes to amend 40 CFR part 180 by establishing a regulation to permit residues of the herbicide oxyfluorfen [2-chloro-1-(3-ethoxy-4-nitrophenoxy)-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzene] and its metabolites containing the diphenyl ether linkage in or on

peanut meat at 0.05 ppm,

peanut vine at 0.05 ppm,

peanut hay at 0.05 ppm,

and peanut hulls at 0.10 ppm.
