Dear Supporter,

Before we get to the Fundraising details, we have a request. Over the last 27 days you have heard a lot of words from us. Now we would like to hear a few from you. Would you please take a few minutes and give us your thoughts on one or more of these three questions:

1) How do you think fluoridation will end?
2) How and when did you got involved in this struggle?
3) What does FAN mean to you?

If selected would you allow us to share your thoughts (please specify anon., first name and state, both names and town) with all our readers on New Year’s Eve?

Also, the POSTER COMPETITION: All entries due morning of December 30. Send to Ellen@fluoridealert.org – Thanks!

Fundraising update for the morning of Dec 28.

Yesterday, 29 people helped us raise $1,629. This brings our current total up to $110,163 from 589 donors.

A very big thank you for all those who have contributed so far to reach this total in our marathon effort to raise $150,000 from 1000 donors by midnight Dec 31. We still have a long way to go and only 4 days to do it!

We have two immediate goals:

1)   We are just 11 donors away from 600, which will trigger a pledge of $1,000.
2)   We are only $9,837 away from reaching our next mini-goal of $120,000, which will trigger the release of our “super angel mystery bonanza fund.”

If you wish to allocate money to this mystery fund here is the “code.” Simply make sure that any donation over $200 is ended with a “6”, i.e. $206, or $306… or $1006.

One way to make a fairly large donation manageable is to spread it over the year by pledging so much a month. A pledge of $10 a month gives us $120 a year and a pledge of $25 a month gives us a massive $300! A pledge of $16 or $26 a month puts you in the “bonanza” box.

Now let the countdown to New Year’s Eve begin!

Here’s how to donate. It is simple, quick, crucial and TAX DEDUCTIBLE!

To make a tax-deductible donation you can either:

  • Or by check – please make checks payable to Fluoride Action Network and send to: FAN, 104 Walnut Street, Binghamton NY 13905

You can also choose one of the several premiums available at different donation levels.
