Court Reschedules Status Hearing for January 2022

Fluoride Action Network | Bulletin | September 12, 2021

I have two updates as a follow-up to the bulletin I sent out earlier this week.

First, after encountering technical issues with our web hosting service and being down for a week, our website – www.FluorideAlert.org – is back online and secure. Despite our team responding quickly and our web host making corrections early on, there was a set waiting period that our site had to go through before going live again.  This was the cause of the delay.  Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Second, the Court has again rescheduled the next status hearing for our federal TSCA trial against the EPA.  It has been pushed back to January 18, 2022.  The Judge has made it clear since the trial last summer that he wants to wait for the publication of the National Toxicology Program’s state of the science review on fluoride’s neurotoxicity.  This document isn’t expected to be released until early next year.

STAY TUNED! We will continue to provide the latest updates throughout the remainder our TSCA legal action.

Thank you,

Stuart Cooper
