Big day tomorrow – the day of our appeal hearing in the TSCA Fluoride Lawsuit.

On Tuesday, March 3 at 10am Pacific, our attorney Michael Connett will face off with the EPA over the neurotoxicity of fluoride chemicals in San Francisco at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

The appeal will be heard by a three judge panel.

We are seeking victory on appeal after a federal judge ruled in Sept 2024 that fluoride poses an unreasonable risk to kid’s developing brains.
