If you could ask representatives of the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC) about the safety and efficacy of fluoridation under oath, what would you ask them?

Our lawyers had that opportunity during depositions for our TSCA case in federal court, and today we will reveal two new video clips featuring the CDC’s Oral Health Director. We will also release two more videos in our next bulletin.

FAN’s attorneys now have boxes of documents and evidence, as well as dozens of hours of deposition footage with more than 10 different witnesses. These witnesses are pro-fluoridation dentists, researchers, representatives of federal agencies, and representatives of organizations that either regulate or promote fluoridation. Once a ruling is made by the court in 2024, this information will be available to the public regardless of the outcome.

CDC Oral Health Director Makes Major Admissions About Fluoridation’s Effectiveness

The talking point we probably hear the most from proponents at council hearings and repeated by policymakers, is that government agencies like the CDC vouch for fluoridation’s safety and effectiveness and promote the practice responsibly, so therefore it must be true and we must be wrong.

Instead of verifying any of these claims, policy makers have put their blind trust in these agencies. The media outlets, on the other hand, which should be the nation’s watchdog, have suspended their professionalism by not only blindly trusting these agencies, but also by discrediting those opposed to fluoridation.

Under oath, representatives from these agencies proved that their mantra of “safe and effective” is only a baseless claim used to promote a failed policy.

In this first video, Casey Hannan, the Director of the CDC’s Oral Health Division, testifies that the CDC is unable to cite studies showing fluoride is effective when swallowed:

In this second video, Director Hannan admits that the CDC is not aware of any evidence of fluoride’s benefit to infants.

As you watch this, keep in mind that there are now 10 studies funded or endorsed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) looking at fluoride and the developing brain, and all of them have found harm.

Keep in mind that the National Toxicology Program’s multi-year systematic review of fluoride neurotoxicity found that 52 of 55 studies they considered linked lower IQ with higher fluoride exposures, demonstrating a remarkable 95% consistency across numerous birth cohorts around the world.

They found that 18 out of the 19 studies rated higher quality by the NTP found lowering of IQ, most conducted at levels found in fluoridated communities. The NTP’s meta-analysis also could not detect any safe level of fluoride exposure for developing children.

Think about that as you watch the following clip:

These two videos are just a small taste of what was admitted under oath by representatives of the government agencies responsible for protecting the health of Americans. STAY TUNED! We will be sending out more excerpts from these videotaped depositions after the trial.
