Dear Friends:
Court Status Hearing This Tuesday
The next status hearing for our federal lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) over the neurotoxicity of fluoridation chemicals will be held TOMORROW, on Tuesday, October 17th, at 2:30 PM (Pacific) / 5:30 PM (Eastern). The Court will hear progress updates from attorneys representing FAN and the EPA and could potentially discuss other topics, including the status of the NTP report, procedural matters, evidence, and expert witnesses.
The Court has been scheduling status hearings approximately every 90 days, and we’re now only about three months away from the January 29th, 2024, start date of the final phase of the trial, so there’s a chance this could be the last status hearing.

Please note that our status hearing has been scheduled alongside hearings for several other cases. This means that when you login to view the proceedings, you may have to wait as other cases on the docket are dealt with first.
While the public can watch the hearing live, we want to remind everyone that it cannot be recorded per court rules. If you are unable to watch or listen to the hearing, FAN will provide an overview of the proceedings in a follow-up bulletin as well as on social media. If a recording of the hearing is made available by the court at some point in the future, we’ll also share that with you as soon as it’s posted.
