A fluorochemical project is advancing at the Wuchuan Fluorine-Barium Industrial Park. With a ¥500 million investment and occupying ?170 mu (?11.3 hectares), it will establish an 80,000-ton/year high-performance anhydrous aluminum fluoride production line and supporting facilities (including 60,000-ton/year anhydrous hydrogen fluoride). Infrastructure includes offices, workshops, storage, and utilities. Site preparation is scheduled for completion next month, with operations starting in June 2025. The project will pioneer fluorite-based anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production locally, filling a gap in Guizhou’s fluorochemical chain. Annual revenue is projected at ¥1.5 billion.
