Democrats Reup TSCA Bill To Ban Hydrogen Fluoride Use At Refineries

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) and other House Democrats have reintroduced legislation to ban the use of hydrogen fluoride at refineries under TSCA, a long-time goal of environmental and community groups that so far have been unsuccessful in petitioning EPA to regulate.
