FAIRBORN — Cities often join with other cities for purchasing large quantities of needed material at a lower price. To that end Fairborn joined with the Southwest Ohio Purchasers for Government (SWOPAG) in soliciting bids for bulk quantities of water treatment chemicals for 2013.
