Now an update on a bill we first told you about last week.
South Dakota Senate Bill 201, which would remove the requirement for Fluoride to be added to South Dakota’s drinking water, has been tabled.
That means this issue has been postponed for later discussion.
Supporters of the bill say it’s time we looked at whether the amount of fluoride being added to our water is too much.
Opponents say the added fluoride is necessary to prevent tooth decay.
