Hot Springs: Expanded water plant will fluoridate Village water

A $170,000 grant will allow Hot Spring Village drinking water to be fluoridated for the first time. Of the Village’s 14,000 residents, about 750 of them are under the age of 18, based on a 2009 Voice survey of area children.
