Posted on February 20, 2024 United States, TSCA LawsuitA federal judge on Tuesday focused attorneys on questions about the amount of fluoride that may harm children’s developing brains as he prepares to rule on whether the mineral is so risky the EPA must tighten its drinking water restrictions.
Senior Judge Edward M. Chen, of the US District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco, asked attorneys to focus in on more than a dozen scientific questions on the final day of a two-week trial.
