Kalama water customers outside city limits can fill out fluoride survey

Users of water provided by the city of Kalama who live outside city limits won’t be able to participate in the Nov. 4 advisory vote on whether to continue fluoridating city water, but they will receive a survey with their October water bills if they want to voice their opinions…

[It’s] estimated there are 890 households within city limits and 775 outside city limits…
