Loans help Palm Beach County vitamin maker add 25 jobs

RIVIERA BEACH — Vitamin maker Sancilio & Co. will add 25 jobs over the next 18 months and landed loans of $350,000 each from Jupiter and Riviera Beach, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County said Tuesday.

Sancilio & Co., headed by pharmaceutical researcher Frederick Sancilio, has 25 employees. They’re divided between its headquarters in Riviera Beach and its production facility in Palm Beach Gardens. The company makes chewable fluoride tablets, chewable vitamin and fluoride tablets for children and Omega-3 soft gels.
