Ozark Mountain Regional Public Water Authority sues over fluoride

The Ozark Mountain Regional Public Water Authority has filed suit against the Arkansas Department of Health over fluoridation requirements.

Act 197 of 2011 required all water systems with more than 5,000 customers to add fluoride to the water.
