An ACT CONCERNING THE ADDITION OF FLUORIDE TO PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 19a-38 of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate the requirement that fluoride be added to public water supplies.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate the mandate to put fluoride in public water supplies.
