Rajasthan May Turn Into People With Bent Backs

The problem of fluorosis in Rajasthan has aggrevated. All the districts in Rajasthan have villages affected with fluoride contamination in ground water. According to study conducted by voluntary organisation Health, Environment & Development Consortium, more than 8 million people are consuming water with high concentration of fluoride. People are becoming incapable of doing work also due to this disease. Fluorosis is not only a health hazard but also a economic drain on the society.
