The Sheridan City Council will meet for their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday night instead of Monday night due to Presidents’ Day. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has a preview of the upcoming meeting.

Council is expected to consider and possibly act on a resolution allowing for a public opinion poll to be mailed out regarding the continuation of fluoridating the drinking water provided to City of Sheridan, Sheridan Area Water Supply and Downer Neighborhood Improvement and Service District customers. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller said that an estimated 12,400 addresses would receive the Public Opinion Poll.

City Attorney Brendon Kerns will lead a discussion on Charter Ordinance #2158, known as the city administrator ordinance.

Tuesday night’s Council meeting will take place at 7 o’clock on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall in Council Chambers. The meeting will also be broadcast live on AM 1410 KWYO.
