Spokane. Who funded fluoridation study? (Letter)

You have got to be kidding me! I can’t believe the city of Spokane will actually take the proffered money dangled by … wait for it … Arcora Foundation (the philanthorpic nonprofit of dental insurer Delta Dental) to “study” whether it would be beneficial to add fluoride to the drinking water! And, if they don’t find it beneficial … they have to pay it back.

Let’s just skip the niceties and call it what it is. You give me money and I tell you how much we need your product. Never mind that this measure has been voted down numerous times by the PEOPLE OF SPOKANE. Let’s just follow the money. Let’s see. If we add fluoride to the drinking water then who stands to make money? Fluoride suppliers. Let’s see, could they be tied into “dental product suppliers”? Hmm, let me think.

This is an agricultural state. Let’s hear from soil experts because now if we add it to the water it will find its way to the soil eventually. Never mind the people it harms along the way. If you want fluoride, get it in your toothpaste and/or ask your dentist to apply it directly to your teeth. I don’t want it and I don’t want my tax money to go to putting it in the water I drink and water my plants with.

City of Spokane, you have to give equal time and allot equal study to the DANGERS of fluoride on the body and accept the consequences of your actions.
