If you could ask representatives of the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC) about the efficacy of fluoridation under oath, what would you ask them? Our lawyers had that opportunity during depositions for our federal court case, and today we will share several new video clips featuring the CDC’s Oral Health Director.

FAN’s attorneys now have boxes of documents and evidence, as well as hundreds of hours of deposition footage featuring more than 10 different witnesses. These witnesses are pro-fluoridation dentists, researchers, representatives of federal agencies, and representatives of organizations that either regulate or promote fluoridation. FAN will continue to release the deposition videos and the evidence our attorneys uncovered over the coming months. STAY TUNED!

Your support today will help us maximize our reach and influence when we share and distribute this material to the public, media, and government officials. Please consider a tax-deductible contribution to this cause. We must hold these agencies accountable and reveal their improper regulation and promotion of this ineffective and harmful practice.

Fundraising Update

In the past 24 hours, 15 donors have contributed $755, bringing our current total to $3,575 from 54 donors on our way to our goal of raising $140,000 from 700 donors by midnight on December 31st. A big thank you to all who have helped.

Deposition Videos

We think you’ll find the new deposition videos useful in your own local campaign efforts, so our Education and Outreach Director, Jay Sanders, created a sharable page on our website hosting these new clips:

FAN is leading the way in bringing greater transparency to the practice of water fluoridation and accountability for the lack of proper supervision, promotion, or regulation by public health authorities and government agencies. With your support, we can do this at a faster pace and with greater effectiveness. Please consider joining our team by supporting and sharing our work and engaging with decision makers in your own community to end fluoridation.

Thank you for your support,
