Road repair led the agenda of the Bronson City Council Monday night, which also passed several resolutions regarding upcoming elections…

The first election-related resolution passed by the council will allow voters to determine whether or not the city will continue to add fluoride to the public water supply. The question will appear on the Nov. 4 ballot.

“The question of fluoride in drinking water comes up periodically,” Heydlauff told the council. “The city I think last considered it in the 1990s on whether to cease fluoridation of the water…this gives the people the chance to discuss (the issue) themselves.”

The resolution passed unanimously.
