The Director of the CDC’s Oral Health Division, Casey Hannan, testifies that the CDC is unable to cite studies showing fluoride is effective when swallowed:

Director Hannan admits that CDC is not aware of any evidence of fluoride’s benefit to infants.

As you watch this, keep in mind that there are now 10 studies funded or endorsed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) looking at fluoride and the developing brain, and all of them have found harm.
