You can also join by phone, click here for the telephone number based on your location.

Our legal team has asked the Court to increase the number of allowable participants from 100 to 500 to accommodate a larger audience, as the Court has done in the past. However, if you are unable to watch or listen to the hearing for any reason, FAN will provide an overview of the proceedings in a follow-up bulletin as well as on social media. If a recording of the hearing is made available by the Court at some point in the future we’ll also share that with you as soon as it’s posted.

We expect the focus of the hearing to be on the timeline for the remainder of the trial. This will include setting the dates for the second phase of testimony and cross examination of expert witnesses centered around the National Toxicology Program’s systemic review on fluoride neurotoxicity. Other topics and procedural matters may also be discussed at Tuesday’s status hearing.

You can read the synopsis of the last status hearing in January, where the Court denied the EPA’s motion to delay the case indefinitely, and ultimately agreed with FAN’s argument to compel the NTP to release their final report to the public.
