The Oneida Common Council on Tuesday will receive a written recommendation from the water board to consider fluoridating the city’s water supply.

The water board voted June 10 to endorse fluoridation. The council likely will hold a public hearing on the proposal at a later date before it votes on whether to follow through with fluoridation.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 109 N. Main St.
